Spreading Fear of Islam

Press TV has interviewed Liaquat Ali Khan, author and Professor of Law at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, to discuss the ongoing hostilities against Muslims across the Western countries.
The political commentator maintains that some Western media outlets such as the right-wing Fox News Channel have launched smear campaign of fueling Islamophobia and are spreading hatred against Muslims. He adds some Western groups are also exacerbating the situation by waging constant attacks on Islamic symbols, the Muslim holy book and the prophet.
The analyst suggests that theses hostile moves must be countered by other news channels and alternative media.
